Billing & Plans

After cancellation your records remain accessible in read-only mode for 60 days, during which you can export a full archive. After that window data is permanently and securely deleted.

Digitization

Upload PDFs or images and the platform rasterizes each page, runs OCR, and stores the extracted text per page so records are fully searchable. You can review and correct the text for any page.

Getting Started

Records Referee is a cloud-based records management platform for community associations, HOA management companies, municipalities, developers, attorneys, and regulators. It automates digitization, storage, organization, and production of official records for full statutory compliance.

Most organizations are fully onboarded within about 30 minutes. Larger communities with significant historical records receive dedicated onboarding support.

Records Requests

Requesters use your branded public request page. Public-category matches are delivered automatically via a secure expiring link; requests touching private categories are routed to your team for review before any link is sent.

Storage & Security

Records are stored securely with access controlled by your organization's roles and permissions. Private categories are excluded from public records-request searches.
